Parfums Christian Dior, the perfumery and cosmetics division of LVMH Group’s Christian Dior, has debuted a live online consultation service for its beauty customers.
The new offering allows customers to “try on” makeup virtually with AR while getting live advice from a Dior salesperson, using tech from virtual try-on solution Perfect Corp. and live shopping solution Bambuser.
This is Dior’s sixth collaboration with Perfect Corp for virtual makeup try-on solutions across the Dior website, retailer websites, Google platforms, WeChat and the Taobao Mini Program (AR try-on services on the Chinese ecommerce site Taobao).
