Old Navy Offers ‘Kid-Proof’ Guarantee on School Uniform Styles

Old Navy is offering a one-year, money-back guarantee for uniform styles purchased during back-to-school season.

The retailer will provide a full refund within one year of purchases on uniform products bought from July 7 through September 30, 2023, that don’t stand up to the wear and tear of the school year. While items can be purchased both online and in stores, refunds will only be processed in stores. Products that are eligible for the guarantee program are marked with a badge online and displayed in designated sections in stores.

Old Navy is hedging its bets with uniform styles that are constructed for durability, featuring secure stitching, reinforced knees and built-in flex technology. To further promote its uniform offerings, Old Navy also is offering promotional pricing that will make all uniform basics $15 or less during the back-to-school season.
